    • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.

    3. Return Shipping Costs

    • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs (unless the return is due to a defective/wrong item).

    4. Refund Process

    • Refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

    • Customized/personalized products (e.g., 3D-printed items with client-specific designs).

    • Sealed goods (e.g., software, filaments) if opened.

    • We will cover return shipping costs only for defective items.

    • Refund/replacement requires the item to be sent back in its original packaging.
